COURSE POLICIES
All players must have a set of club or rent a set of clubs (see rental club policy). Only two riders will be permitted per golf cart. |
| Crystal Falls Golf Club expects all groups to complete their rounds in 4:15 or less. If a group is behind the 4:15 pace of play, has more than 1/2 a hole open in front of them, and is holding up groups behind them, they will be deemed to be out of position. Any group that is deemed out of position will receive up to 3 warnings to regain their position. If a group fails to regain their position after 3 warnings, that group will have the option of skipping a hole to regain position or leaving the golf course with a pro-rated rain check.

| Cart Rental:
Anyone operating a golf cart must be at least 18 years of age or older, and have a valid Texas Driver's License. Applicable cart fees must be paid by all riders unless otherwise permitted by the pro shop staff. All players renting a cart must sign a cart rental agreement. Any violation of this policy may result in termination of cart rental privileges and/or legal ramifications.
Walking: EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2006
Walking may be permitted on Monday - Thursday based on course occupancy. Golfers with carts will have priority on the golf course and on the first tee.
Players will be required to rent a golf car on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays before 4:00 pm. After 4:00 pm walking may be permitted based on course occupancy. Golfers with carts will have priority on the golf course and on the first tee. |

| Dress Code:
All players are required to wear collared shirts. Shorts, denim pants and shorts are permitted, but must be hemmed; no cut-offs. Women are required to wear clothing appropriate to women's golf. Crystal Falls Golf Club is a "soft spikes" only facility; no metal spikes.
Alcohol:
Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited by state law; TABC. Any player who brings alcoholic beverages onto the property will have those alcoholic beverages confiscated. Any repeated violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the property and possible legal ramifications. Any player removed from the property for violating this policy will not receive any refunds or rain checks of any kind.

| Rental Clubs:
Any player wishing to rent a set of clubs must pay the applicable fees unless otherwise permitted by the pro shop personnel. Players renting clubs will be required to leave a driver's license and /or a credit card, and may be required to leave a deposit. Players are financially responsible for any damage, outside the normal course of play; to the rental clubs.
Rain Checks:
In the event that it begins to rain after players have begun their rounds, rain checks will be made available. Rain check values are based upon the number of holes played and the amount of the green fee paid. Rain checks will not be issued to any players if they begin play during a rain event unless the course must be closed due to flooding. The golf course staff has sole discretion on when the course must be closed. |
